Tiernan & Patrylo completed the design and construction 3 months ahead of schedule and provided a project savings over $5 million. Tiernan & Patrylo completed all process, instrumentation & controls, general arrangements, and process flow diagrams, as well as the design and construction of the entire project. |

| Tremron Corporation Tremron turned to Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to design, engineer, and construct its new paver manufacturing facility located in Jacksonville, Florida.
This paver manufacturing facility includes a 2,000 s.f. office, 20,000 s.f. of manufacturing space, and 6,000 s.f. of exterior hoppers, silos, and conveyers. T&P's Process group self-performed the engineering and construction of the building and equipment foundations as well as process piping, miscellaneous steel and fabrication work.

| Bonnell Industries Bonnell Industries selected Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to contruct a new facility over its existing operations with no production shutdown or interruption of shipment of finished goods. Tiernan & Patrylo managed the design, detailed engineering and construction of the facility. The
project included erecting a 51,500 sf building over the existing facility to accommodate press upgrades. |

| Wilden Plastics, USA Wilden Plastics, a manufacturer of high-end medical and automotive parts, called on Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to design/build its 20,000 sf addition. The project included a class 100,000 clean room with a HEPA filter system and a central chiller plant with chilled water distribution. |

| Newell Recycling of Atlanta Tiernan & Patrylo provided both Program and Construction Management services on this mega automobile shredding facility for Newell Recycling of Atlanta. The project included a 6,000 HP motor shredding unit capable of handling five cars per minute, making it the largest wet process shredding unit in North America. Tiernan & Patrylo's process group self performed all process piping work, miscellaneous iron fabrication and erection, and equipment rigging and erection. |

| Panasonic Corporation of America T&P was selected to renovate a 12,000 s.f. warehouse as well as construct a 56,600 s.f. warehouse addition, which Tiernan & Patrylo’s Design Group designed. For added efficiency, skylights were installed throughout the warehouse for energy savings.The site work included a retention basin, new parking lot, roadways, and a loading dock. |

| Tarmac America, Inc.
Tarmac chose Tiernan & Patrylo to complete the design and construction of its new concrete paver manufacturing facility in Tyrone, Georgia. The plant comprises 45,000 sf of covered process, office, and warehouse areas, and was completed in eight months. |

| Panasonic Corporation of America Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. designed and constructed a 38,000 s.f. addition for Panasonic which included a kitchen and cafeteria, engineering offices, and a quality control assurance validation laboratory. The new building was designed in keeping with two adjacent production spaces, creating a seamless blend between the existing and new facility. Tiernan & Patrylo delivered this project two weeks ahead of the aggressive five month schedule with a 15% project savings, surpassing the expectations of Panasonic. |

| TDK Corporation TDK chose Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to renovate an explosion-proof room and testing laboratory to prepare for the installation of additional electro plating lines. Work consisted of: structural engineering, shoring the existing roof trusses, demolishing an explosion proof wall and laboratory interior, fabricating and erecting steel structures, constructing a reinforced concrete trench and pit as well as the interior finishes.

| Lehigh Portland Cement Lehigh Portland Cement turned to Tiernan & Patrylo for the erection of its new white cement bin at its Doraville plant. The 85 foot bin was erected using two 100 ton cranes to assure no damage to the bin's steel support frame. Tiernan & Patrylo also completed all required foundation and miscellaneous steel work with its own force. |

| E.G.O. This project required Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to design and build a 62,000 sf expansion to the existing manufacturing facility. The expansion included finished office space, warehousing and conveyor areas, and an industrial manufacturing process area. |

| Certainteed Certainteed Corporation partnered with Tiernan & Patrylo, Inc. to perform a mechanical conversion of a roofing shingle line. During a six-week shutdown, a complete asphalt coating line was removed, a new steel penthouse of 50 tons was fabricated and erected, new process equipment was installed as well as the installation of new jacketed process piping and pneumatic lines. |

| Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority The installation of four new 25,000 gallon underground storage tanks at MARTA's Hamilton Boulevard Fueling Station was completed in four months. The project included the design and construction of a 240 ft. long 18 ft. deep cofferdam within an active bus parking lot. In addition, Tiernan & Patrylo installed 1200 l.f. of double walled fiberglass fuel piping, leak detection systems, and galvanized fuel vent piping. |

| Winpak Films, Inc. Tiernan & Patrylo was selected as the design/build firm by Winpak to design and construct a penthouse within their plastic manufacturing facility. The design included raising the roof 30 feet in a 50 x 50 section to ensure a precise fit for the housing of their film extrusion manufacturing line. T&P also installed a water chilling system which included pumps, cooling towers, steel piping as well as demolition and removal of the old chiller system.

These POP sites are extremely complex, both electrically and mechanically. These facilities are typically concrete or masonry construction, house environmental air units, special air suppression systems, emergency generators for back-up power as well as UPS systems to ensure clean power supply. |
