Each project is executed on a fast-track basis to allow the client to continue manufacturing operations while upgrading and expanding their processes. Our project managers have an average of 20+ years of experience and our superintendents are veterans of expedited process project performance. Our field staff includes over 80 pipe fitters, pipe welders, ironworkers, millwrights, heavy riggers, concrete specialists, carpenters, and equipment operators.
In conjunction with our Design Group, the Process and Industrial Services Division offers turn-key design and construction services for structural steel, reinforced concrete, electrical, piping and controls projects.
Typical projects include: process piping using carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy and chrome materials; process and equipment foundations; fabrication and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel; and placement and installation of process equipment. Equipment installations consist of conveyors, presses, extruders, boilers, chillers and other specialty equipment. With our diversified staff and attention to schedule, we can perform projects ranging from $1,000 to several million dollars.
The Division is directed by Nick Fouts, a registered professional engineer who manages projects, reviews estimates, coordinates schedules and project staffing, and maintains client relationships. Dennis Patrylo, a founder of the company and licensed general contractor, is actively involved on a daily basis in all aspects of the Division's projects.
